Session and Client Disclaimer

I understand that intuitive readings, meditation sessions, animal communication readings and instructional classes are being provided by Victoria “Towhee” Urquhart, Intuitive Healer, at my request.

I understand that Intuitive Healers/practitioners do not diagnose mental health disorders, medical conditions, prescribe substances, nor interfere with treatment of a licensed medical and/or mental health professional.  I understand that Victoria Urquhart is not a licensed physician and that intuitive readings and instructional classes are complementary to and separate from licensed medical services. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider if you have any questions regarding a medical or health condition. 

I understand that Victoria  is not a veterinarian, and that information Victoria receives as a pet intuitive should not replace that of a professional animal care provider.

Information provided by Victoria should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice, programs, or treatment that you would normally receive from a licensed professional, such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, veterinarian, or financial adviser.

I understand that by scheduling with Victoria , that intuitive readings, instructional classes and ongoing coaching sessions are not considered to be psychotherapy or a replacement for psychotherapy. I assume sole responsibility for my own physical and mental health and for the results of any sessions provided by Victoria that may affect me in any way. 

Clients under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential, unless you are in immediate danger of hurting yourself or others and/or you are committing child/elder abuse.

Cancellation and refund policy: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $140 cancellation fee or the cost of the session. Sessions are non-refundable after a reading has been completed. Intuitive coaching packages are non-refundable.  

All information received by me from Victoria is accepted with full knowledge that any action taken by me as a result of the information received is my complete responsibility.

I have read, understood, and accepted the informed consent as shown on Victoria’s website and on her scheduling page before booking. I hereby acknowledge and affirm understanding and agreement with the above.
